Sun Buildings supply steel-framed buildings for any purpose, including (but not limited to factories, showrooms, warehouses, arenas, MOT testing bays, school storage, and much more.

 

A post-fabrication primer is applied to the fabricated steel. In-house coatings will usually be a High Build Epoxy Zinc Phosphate primer, though different coatings can be undertaken. Much of our steel work is also Galvanised. We use in-house roll-forming and sheet-metal machines to manufacture single skin cladding profiles and flashings/trims for your building.

 

 

 

Our Contracts Manager can arrange for the site layout, construction method and access to be assessed in detail along with providing a Health and Safety assessment. 

 

Previous projects we have supplied and erected include waste transfer stations, college buildings, retail units, transport depots and other projects.

 

 

 

Our buildings meet with the current cladding requirements, with the BS5950 standards and can be certified by independent structural engineers. All our buildings & their components are CE marked in accordance with current UK legislation. 

 

All of our buildings and concrete works are designed and detailed using the latest computer software. You will be given a written, 5-year guarantee on the framework, sheeting & all components & represents only a fraction of the expected life of steel framed structures provided by Sun Buildings.
